INITIAL CONVERSATION
Our architecture and interior design process begins with an intensive, multi-day planning session where we meet with the client to exchange ideas, explore possibilities, and define a plan.
During this phase, the client’s needs and objectives are identified.
We discuss the intended functions of the space, who will use it, and specific furniture or equipment requirements.
Measurements and photographs are also taken at this time, if required.

PLANNING
In the schematic design phase, space planning and furniture layouts are developed. Circulation patterns and clearances are carefully considered and integrated into the floor plan.
Through hand-drawn sketches, we establish a visual dialogue with the client until a shared design vision emerges.
While defining conceptual aesthetics and layouts, we also consider natural elements such as landscape, sunlight, views, and topography — resulting in a visual roadmap that guides the stages ahead.

SKETCHES AND IDEATION
In this phase, ideas are translated into sketches that build upon the approved schematic design.
Floor plans, sections, and elevations are refined with accurate dimensions, while materials and finishes are chosen to express the character and purpose of each space.
Details such as window and door placements, colors, material treatments, finishes, and furniture designs are developed.
The final design presentation is then shared with the client for feedback and approval.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
AND DOCUMENTATION
Once the design is approved, any feedback or revisions are incorporated before moving forward.
The finalized design is translated into detailed technical drawings and documentation — the language of execution for contractors and consultants.

SITE EXECUTION
Based on the final design documentation, on-site work begins.
As leading luxury interior designers, our experience working with skilled professionals and craftsmen allows us to assemble teams tailored to each project’s unique needs — ensuring the best balance of quality, cost, and timeline.
We visit the site regularly to oversee progress, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with design intent.
Throughout the process, we remain in close communication with our clients to address questions, track milestones, and ensure a seamless experience.
Once the site work is complete, we coordinate the delivery and installation of furniture, furnishings, accessories, and artwork.
